Ensuring that your work gloves have the perfect fit is vital for comfort, protection and safety. Gloves that fit poorly can cause functional complications with dexterity, grip strength and productivity. For optimal performance and comfort, use the following charts and instructions to ensure the perfect fit.

How should a glove fit?

Comfort should be your priority when checking the fit of your work gloves. A glove with the right fit won’t feel tight to wear, and it won’t be loose enough for your fingers to have room to move around inside. Your fingertips should just about reach the ends of the gloves, and you should be able to maintain your hands’ full range of motion while wearing them.

How do I know my glove size?

1. Measure the width of your hand

Wrap a measuring tape around your dominant hand just below the knuckles at the fullest part (make sure you don’t include your thumb in this measurement). Always measure your dominant hand when checking glove size.

2. Measure the length of your hand

Measure from the tip of your middle finger to the bottom of your palm on your dominant hand to find your finger length.

Note: If your measurements fall between sizes, it’s recommended to choose the larger of the two for maximum comfort and protection.
